Subah ka jhatpat nashta — veg poha, par bina moongphali (jinhe peanut allergy hai unke liye bhi safe). Sabziyon se bhara, halka.
🧺 Samaan (2 plate ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1.5 cup thick poha
- 1 pyaaz (kata)
- 1/2 gajar (kata)
- 1/4 cup matar
- 1-2 hari mirch
- Curry patta
- 1/2 tsp rai
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- Nimbu ras
- Dhaniya
- 1 tsp tel
- Namak

Poha ko paani se halka dhulo, chhanni mein rakh do (geela na ho).

Tel mein rai, curry patta, hari mirch aur pyaaz bhuno.

Gajar-matar, haldi aur namak daal ke 2-3 min pakao.

Poha mila ke 2 min dheemi aanch pe. Nimbu aur dhaniya daal ke serve.
