- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup moong dal (dhuli)
- 1/2 cup mixed sabzi (gajar, matar, beans)
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- Thoda adrak (kisa)
- Namak swaad anusaar
