Idli - chawal aur urad dal ke fermented batter se bane steamed cakes. Bilkul oil-free, soft aur halka. South Indian classic - sambar ya coconut chutney ke saath. Fermentation se halka aur tasty.
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup urad dal (dhuli)
- 2 cup idli rice (ya idli rava)
- 1/2 tsp methi dana
- Namak swaad anusaar
- Paani (batter ke liye)

Urad dal+methi aur rice ko alag-alag 4-6 ghante bhigo do.

Pees ke gaadha batter banao, namak milao, 8-10 ghante (raat bhar) ferment hone do.

Idli mould halka grease karke batter daalo, 10-12 min steam karo.

Toothpick saaf nikle to ready - sambar/chutney ke saath garam serve.
