Veg uttapam - mota dosa jiske upar barik kati sabziyan (pyaaz, tamatar, capsicum, dhaniya) daba ke pakate hain. Kam tel, filling aur veggie-packed. Dosa/idli batter se ya rava se.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 2 cup dosa/idli batter (ya rava+dahi)
  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar, 1/2 capsicum (barik)
  • 1 hari mirch, hara dhaniya
  • Namak, thoda tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Garam tawe pe batter mota phailao (patla nahi).

    Upar se barik sabziyan + dhaniya daal ke halke dabao.

    Kinaron pe thoda tel, dheemi-medium aanch pe dono taraf pakao.

    Sabziyan cooked + base golden hone tak - chutney ke saath serve.
