Oats Dosa

Oats dosa - instant dosa, fermentation ki zaroorat nahi. Oats ko pees ke sooji-besan, dahi aur masalon ke saath patla batter. Fibre-rich, crispy aur low-oil. Subah jaldi ban jaata hai.
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup oats (powder kiya)
- 1/4 cup sooji + 2 tbsp besan
- 1/2 cup dahi (ya paani)
- 1 hari mirch, thoda adrak, 1/2 tsp jeera, hara dhaniya
- Namak, paani (patla batter)

Oats ko pees ke sooji, besan, dahi aur masalon ke saath patla batter banao.

10 min rakho; zaroorat ho to paani daal ke pourable consistency.

Garam tawe pe patla phailao, kinaron pe thoda tel, crisp hone tak pakao.

Fold karke chutney ke saath serve.
