Dal aur palak ka classic combo - dal se protein, palak se iron aur fibre. Light, gut-friendly aur poshan se bhara. Roti ya rice ke saath.

🧺 Samaan (3 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 3/4 cup moong/toor dal (ubli)
  • 2 cup palak (kati)
  • 1 tamatar, 1 tsp adrak-lehsun
  • Jeera, haldi, hing
  • Namak, 1 tsp ghee/tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Dal ko haldi-namak ke saath ubaalo.

    Jeera-hing-adrak-lehsun aur tamatar ka tadka banao, palak daal ke 2 min pakao.

    Dal milao, 5 min ubaal ke garam serve.
