Palak aur tofu ka combo - tofu se protein, palak se iron. Palak paneer ka vegan, low-carb aur halka twist. Light aur poshan se bhara.

- 3 cup palak (blanched, puree)
- 1 pyaaz, 1 tsp adrak-lehsun
- Jeera, haldi, garam masala
- Namak, 1 tsp tel

Jeera-adrak-lehsun-pyaaz bhuno, palak puree daalo.

Masale aur tofu daal ke 5 min pakao, garam serve.
