Tofu Tikka - tofu aur sabziyon ko masala marinade mein grill kiya. High plant-protein, low-oil aur vegan. Paneer tikka ka soya-based version. Starter ya light meal.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 250g firm tofu (bade tukde)
  • 2 tbsp besan/dahi-substitute + masala marinade
  • 1 shimla mirch, 1 pyaaz (tukde)
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, 1 tsp tikka masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli, namak, 1 tsp tel
  • Nimbu, chaat masala

Banane ka tareeka

    Tofu ko 10 min dabaake extra paani nikaal lo.

    Masala marinade mein tofu + sabziyan 20 min rakho.

    Tawe/grill pe dono taraf golden pakao (halke haath se palto - tofu naazuk).

    Chaat masala-nimbu daal ke serve.

🌱 Sehat Path tip: Tofu ka paani nichodo (firm tofu lo) - tabhi crisp banta. Halke palto (toot na jaaye). Vegan + high-protein. Soya se allergen=soya.
