Mushroom Tikka - button mushroom aur shimla mirch-pyaaz ko dahi-masala mein marinate karke grill/tawe pe bana. Low-cal, low-oil aur smoky. Fry nahi - grilled. Starter ke liye perfect.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 250g button mushroom (bade)
  • 1/2 cup gaadha dahi (hung curd)
  • 1 shimla mirch, 1 pyaaz (tukde)
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, 1 tsp tikka masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli, namak, 1 tsp tel
  • Nimbu, chaat masala

Banane ka tareeka

    Dahi mein masale-adrak-lehsun-namak-tel mila ke marinade banao.

    Mushroom + sabziyan 20 min marinate karo.

    Tawe/grill pe medium aanch pe dono taraf golden pakao (mushroom se paani nikle to sukha lo).

    Chaat masala-nimbu daal ke serve.

🌱 Sehat Path tip: Mushroom dho ke achhe se sukhao (warna marinade nahi chipakta). Tej aanch pe pakao (paani na chhode). Grilled = low-oil. Dahi se allergen=dairy.
