Soya Keema - soya granules ko onion-tomato masale mein bhuna, mutton keema jaisा texture. High plant-protein, kam tel. Roti, pav ya rice ke saath.
🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup soya granules (bhigoye, nichode)
- 1 pyaaz, 2 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
- 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya, 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup matar (optional)
- 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
- Hara dhaniya
Banane ka tareeka

Soya granules garam paani mein 10 min bhigo ke nichod lo.

Tel mein adrak-lehsun-pyaaz-tamatar-masale bhuno.

Soya granules + matar + namak daal ke 8-10 min bhuno.

Hara dhaniya daal ke serve.
