Til-gud laddu - bhuna til (sesame) aur gud se bana, no refined sugar. Makar Sankranti / winter special, warming. Chhote laddu - 1-2 ka portion.

🧺 Samaan (15 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup til (sesame)
  • 3/4 cup gud (kasa)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Thodi mungfali / elaichi (optional)

Banane ka tareeka

    Til ko dheemi aanch pe khushboo aane tak bhuno (jalne na de).

    Ghee mein gud pighlao (soft-ball - thande paani mein daalne pe set ho jaye).

    Aanch band karke til milao, jaldi mix karo.

    Garam mein hi haath/chamach se chhote laddu baandh lo.

🌱 Sehat Path tip: Gud sahi consistency (soft-ball) chahiye warna laddu nahi bandhenge ya kade ho jaayenge. Garam mein hi baandho. Til = sesame allergen. Winter warming snack - 1-2 laddu.
