Gajar halwa - kaddukas kiya gajar doodh mein paka ke, gud (jaggery) se meetha aur kam ghee. Winter classic. Rich hai - occasional treat ke roop mein lo.

🧺 Samaan (4 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 500g gajar (kaddukas)
  • 2 cup doodh
  • 1/2 cup gud (jaggery, kasa)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Elaichi, thode kate nuts

Banane ka tareeka

    Ghee mein gajar bhuno, phir doodh daal ke dheemi aanch pe pakao.

    Doodh sookhne tak chalao (gajar soft + creamy).

    Aanch band karke gud milao (gud ko ubalna nahi).

    Elaichi-nuts daal ke garam serve.
