Date & nut laddu - khajoor (dates) ki natural mithaas, badam-kaju-akhrot ke saath. No added sugar - dates hi binder aur sweetener. Wholesome energy snack. 1-2 laddu kaafi.
🧺 Samaan (12 ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1.5 cup khajoor (seedless, kati)
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (badam, kaju, akhrot)
- 2 tbsp seeds (optional - alsi/sunflower)
- 1 tsp ghee
- Elaichi powder

Nuts ko halka dry-roast karke dardara kaat lo.

Khajoor ko thode ghee mein paste banne tak bhuno.

Khajoor paste + nuts + seeds + elaichi mila lo.

Garam mein hi chhote laddu baandh lo, thanda hone do.
