Sprouts Chaat (No-Cook Protein Snack)

Bina gas jalaye 10 minute ka snack — moong sprouts ki chatpati chaat, jo shaam ki namkeen-cravings ka healthy ilaaj hai.
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1.5 cup moong sprouts (ankurit moong)
- 1 chhota pyaaz, 1 tamatar, 1 khira (barik kate)
- Aadha nimbu ka ras
- Chaat masala aadha tsp, bhuna jeera, kala namak
- Hari mirch/dhaniya swaad anusaar
- Optional: anaar ke dane, bhuni moongfali

Sprouts ko dho lo. Kachche bhaari lage to 2 min bhaap/ubaal bhi de sakte ho — crunch bana rehne do.
