Bhige moong dal ka crispy cheela — protein se bhara, banane mein asaan, aur weight loss se PCOS tak har plan ka hero nashta.
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup dhuli moong dal (4-5 ghante bhigoyi hui)
- 1 inch adrak
- 1-2 hari mirch
- Aadha cup barik kata pyaaz, shimla mirch, dhaniya
- Namak swaad anusaar, aadha tsp jeera
- 1-2 tsp tel (poore batch ke liye)

Ek bada chammach batter daal ke patla phailao, medium aanch par 2-3 min — kinarey uthne lage to palto.
