Soya Chunks Curry - soya nuggets (high-protein) ki onion-tomato gravy. Protein-packed veg main, kam tel. Roti ya rice ke saath.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup soya chunks (bhigoye, nichode)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya, 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
  • Hara dhaniya

Banane ka tareeka

    Soya chunks ko garam paani mein 10 min bhigo ke nichod lo.

    Tel mein adrak-lehsun-pyaaz-tamatar-masale ki gravy banao.

    Soya chunks + thoda paani + namak, 8-10 min pakao (gravy soak ho).

    Dhaniya daal ke serve.
