Quinoa, mixed seeds aur taazi sabzi ka filling salad, nimbu dressing ke saath. Complete protein + good fats — gluten-free aur fibre-rich.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1/2 cup quinoa (pakaya)
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds (kaddu, surajmukhi)
  • 1/2 cup kheera-shimla-tamatar
  • 1/2 nimbu ka ras, 1 tsp olive oil
  • Namak, kali mirch
  • Hara dhaniya

Banane ka tareeka
