Millet Khichdi - foxtail/little millet aur moong dal ki one-pot khichdi, halke masale aur sabziyon ke saath. Gluten-free, light aur filling. Dinner ke liye accha.
🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1/2 cup millet, 1/4 cup moong dal
- 1 gajar, thodi matar/beans (barik)
- 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp haldi, adrak
- 1 tbsp ghee/tel, namak
- 3 cup paani

Cooker mein ghee-jeera-adrak, sabziyan, millet, dal, haldi, namak, paani daalo.

2-3 seeti tak pakao (narm khichdi).

Garam serve - upar thoda ghee (optional).
