- 1/2 cup mixed dal (moong+masoor+chana)
- 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
- 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp jeera, namak
- 1 tsp tel, kali mirch
- Nimbu, hara dhaniya
