🧺 Samaan (8-10 kabab ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup palak (blanch karke kati)
- 1/2 cup hari matar (ubli)
- 1 chhota ubla aloo
- 2 tbsp besan (halka bhuna, binding ke liye)
- Hari mirch + adrak, jeera powder, chaat masala, namak
- Dhaniya, 1 tsp tel (brush ke liye)
