Egg salad - uble ande, kheera, tamatar, pyaaz aur patte ke saath. Light lemon-olive oil dressing. High-protein + veggies = filling aur low-cal. Heavy mayo nahi.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 2 uble ande (kate)
  • 1 kheera, 1 tamatar, thoda pyaaz
  • Mutthi bhar salad patte/lettuce
  • Nimbu, 1 tsp olive oil, namak, kali mirch
  • Hara dhaniya

Banane ka tareeka

    Ande ubaal ke (8-10 min) thanda kar ke kaato.

    Saari sabziyan kaat ke bowl mein milao.

    Nimbu-olive oil-namak-mirch ki dressing daal ke ande mila ke serve.
