Egg bhurji - Indian style masala scrambled eggs. Pyaaz, tamatar, mirch ke saath bhune hue ande. High-protein, filling aur roti ke saath perfect. Kam tel mein banao.

  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar (barik kata)
  • Hari mirch, adrak (barik)
  • Haldi, laal mirch, namak
  • Hara dhaniya, 1-2 tsp tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Tel mein pyaaz-adrak-mirch bhuno, phir tamatar aur masale daal ke galao.
