Veg egg omelette - ande mein pyaaz, tamatar, dhaniya daal ke kam tel mein bana high-protein breakfast. Calories/fat kam karne ke liye 1 poora egg + baaki sirf egg-white use kar sakte ho.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 2 ande (ya 1 poora + 2 egg-white)
  • 1/4 pyaaz, 1/4 tamatar (barik)
  • Hari mirch, hara dhaniya
  • Namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Ande ko sabzi-namak-mirch ke saath achhe se phento.

    Non-stick tawe pe 1 tsp tel laga ke mixture daalo.
