Classic poha mein kaddukas gobi (cauliflower) mila ke — extra veg, light aur filling. Bina moongphali, halka subah ka nashta.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup poha (dhula, nicha)
  • 1 cup kaddukas/baareek gobi
  • 1 pyaaz, hari mirch, curry patta
  • 1/4 tsp haldi, rai
  • Namak, nimbu, hara dhaniya
  • 1 tsp tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Tel mein rai, curry patta, pyaaz aur gobi halka bhuno (gobi naram ho).

    Haldi, namak daal ke poha mila do, 2-3 min dhak ke pakao.

    Nimbu aur dhaniya daal ke serve.
