- 1 chhota gobhi (phool)
- 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
- 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
- Hara dhaniya
