Aloo Gobi - aloo aur gobhi ki dry homestyle sabzi, kam tel mein. Simple masale, ghar jaisा swaad. Roti ke saath perfect.

🧺 Samaan (3 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 2 aloo (tukde)
  • 1 chhota gobhi (phool)
  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
  • Hara dhaniya

Banane ka tareeka

    Tel mein jeera, adrak-lehsun, pyaaz bhuno.

    Tamatar + masale daal ke bhuno.

    Aloo-gobhi daal ke namak milao, dhak ke dheemi aanch pe pakao.

    Gal jaane par dhaniya daal ke serve.
