Steamed Egg Custard - egg aur doodh ko phento, halka namak/kali mirch (ya thodi chini sweet ke liye), steam kiya. Silky, soft aur protein-rich. No fry. Savoury ya halka meetha.

- 1 cup doodh (garam)
- Namak-kali mirch (savoury) ya 1 tsp chini (sweet)
- Thoda hara pyaaz (savoury garnish)
- Steam ke liye bowl
Banane ka tareeka

Eggs ko phento, garam doodh dheere-dheere milao (smooth).

Chhan lo (silky texture), namak/chini daalo.

Bowl mein daal ke 10-12 min steam karo (set ho jaaye).

Garnish karke garam/thanda serve.
