Poached eggs - garam paani mein bina tel ke paka ande. Soft, light aur high-protein. Toast, salad ya sabzi ke upar. Bilkul oil-free breakfast.

  • Paani (poaching ke liye)
  • 1 tsp sirka (optional, white set ke liye)
  • Namak, kali mirch

Banane ka tareeka

    White achhe se set hone tak (~3-4 min) pakao, nikaal ke namak-mirch ke saath serve.
