Spinach Soup - palak ko pyaaz-lehsun ke saath blanch karke smooth green soup banaya. Iron-rich, no cream, low-cal aur warming. Dinner ke liye light.

- 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
- 2 cup veg stock/paani
- 1 tbsp cornflour (ghula, optional), namak, kali mirch
- 1 tsp tel
