Spinach Soup - palak ko pyaaz-lehsun ke saath blanch karke smooth green soup banaya. Iron-rich, no cream, low-cal aur warming. Dinner ke liye light.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 4 cup palak (dhuli)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
  • 2 cup veg stock/paani
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (ghula, optional), namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Palak ko 2 min blanch karke thande paani mein daalo.

    Tel mein pyaaz-lehsun bhuno, palak + stock daal ke pees lo.

    Wapas garam karo, gaadha chahiye to cornflour ghol daalo.

    Namak-kali mirch daal ke garam serve.
