Mushroom Soup - button mushroom ko pyaaz-lehsun ke saath paka ke light soup banaya. No cream, low-cal aur warming. Cornflour se halka gaadha.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

- 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
- 2 cup veg stock/paani
- 1 tbsp cornflour (ghula), namak, kali mirch
- 1 tsp tel/butter, hari pyaaz

Ubaal aane par cornflour ghol daal ke gaadha karo.
