Mushroom Soup - button mushroom ko pyaaz-lehsun ke saath paka ke light soup banaya. No cream, low-cal aur warming. Cornflour se halka gaadha.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 250g mushroom (kate)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
  • 2 cup veg stock/paani
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (ghula), namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel/butter, hari pyaaz

Banane ka tareeka

    Tel mein lehsun-pyaaz-mushroom bhuno (paani sukha lo).

    Aadhe mushroom pees ke paste banao, stock daalo.

    Ubaal aane par cornflour ghol daal ke gaadha karo.

    Namak-kali mirch-hari pyaaz daal ke serve.
