Rose Raita - thande dahi mein gulab (rose) ka halka flavour. Cooling summer side, light. Pulao ya paratha ke saath thanda accompaniment.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup dahi (phenta)
  • 1 tsp gulkand/rose syrup (thoda)
  • Bhuna jeera, namak (ya thodi chini)
  • Gulab pankhudi (garnish, optional)
  • Thanda paani

Banane ka tareeka

    Dahi ko smooth phent lo.

    Rose syrup/gulkand thoda milao (zyada meetha na).

    Bhuna jeera + namak/chini swaad anusaar.

    Thanda karke garnish ke saath serve.
