Moringa Soup - moringa (sahjan) ke patte, pyaaz-lehsun aur halke masale ka green soup. No cream, low-cal aur warming. Light dinner ya starter.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 2 cup moringa (sahjan) patte
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 lehsun, 1 inch adrak
  • 2 cup veg stock/paani
  • Namak, kali mirch
  • 1 tsp tel, nimbu

Banane ka tareeka

    Tel mein pyaaz-lehsun-adrak bhuno.

    Moringa patte + stock daal ke 8-10 min pakao.

    Halka pees lo (smooth) ya chunky rakho.
