  • 1.5 cup mixed veg (shimla, gajar, beans, pyaaz)
  • 2 lehsun, 1 tsp adrak
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce/vinegar, 1 tsp tel
  • Namak, kali mirch, chilli flakes
