Zucchini ko noodles mein kaat ke (zoodles) halke garlic-tomato sauce mein toss kiya — pasta ka low-carb, veggie-packed alternative.

- 1 tamatar (puree), 2 lehsun kali
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch/sabzi
- 1 tsp olive oil, mixed herbs
- Namak, kali mirch, chilli flakes
