South-Indian lemon rice - light, tangy aur 15 min mein ready. Leftover (thanda) rice ka healthy makeover. Brown rice se aur fibre-rich ban jaata.
🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 2 cup pakka chawal (thanda; brown rice best)
- 1.5 nimbu ka ras
- 1 tbsp moongphali (peanuts)
- Rai, chana-urad dal, curry patta, hari mirch
- Haldi, namak, 1 tsp tel
Banane ka tareeka

Rai, dal, moongphali, curry patta aur mirch ka tadka banao.

Haldi daalo, phir thanda rice mila do.

Aanch band karke nimbu ras daalo (garam pe nahi - kadwa ho jaata).
🌱 Sehat Path tip: Thande/leftover rice se best (chipakta nahi). Brown rice use karo to fibre zyada. Nimbu hamesha gas band karke daalo. Moongphali se crunch + protein. (Peanuts - nut-allergy walon ke liye skip.)
