Jaun Tikki - jau (barley) aur sabziyon ki tawa tikki, high-fibre. Kam tel mein grilled, deep fry nahi. Healthy chatpata snack.

🧺 Samaan (3 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup jau daliya (ubla)
  • 1 ubla aloo, 1/2 cup kati sabziyan
  • 1 hari mirch, dhaniya, jeera, masale
  • 2 tbsp besan (binder), namak, thoda tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Ubla jau, aloo, sabziyan, masale, besan mila ke dough banao.

    Tikki banao.

    Tawe pe thode tel mein dono taraf golden seko.

    Chutney ke saath serve.
