Barnyard Dosa - barnyard millet (sanwa/samak) ka dosa, gluten-free aur light. Crispy, kam tel aur vrat-friendly bhi. Chutney ke saath.
🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)
Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 cup barnyard millet
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/4 tsp methi
- Namak, paani
- Thoda tel (sekne)
Banane ka tareeka

Millet, urad dal, methi alag bhigo ke (4-6 ghante) pees lo.

Namak daal ke 6-8 ghante ferment hone do.

Garam tawe pe patla phailao, kinaron pe thoda tel.

Crisp hone tak pakao, chutney ke saath serve.
