Kuttu Cheela - kuttu (buckwheat) atta ka cheela, vrat-friendly aur gluten-free. Aloo-masala ke saath, kam tel. Vrat ya normal din ka healthy breakfast.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 cup kuttu atta
  • 1 ubla aloo (mashed)
  • 1 hari mirch, thoda adrak, dhaniya
  • Sendha namak, paani (batter)
  • Thoda tel/ghee

Banane ka tareeka

    Kuttu atta, aloo, mirch, adrak, namak ko paani se batter banao.

    Garam tawe pe motा cheela phailao.

    Kinaron pe thoda tel, dono taraf seko.

    Dahi/chutney ke saath serve.
