Stir Fry Broccoli - broccoli ko lehsun ke saath tej aanch pe stir-fry kiya, halka crunchy. Low-oil, quick aur Asian-style. Side ya light meal.

  • 3 lehsun kali (barik)
  • 1 tsp tel (sesame/olive)
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch, namak
  • Thoda chilli flakes, til (optional)

Banane ka tareeka

    Broccoli ko 1 min blanch karke thande paani mein daalo (rang bana rahe).

    Tej aanch pe tel mein lehsun daalo.

    Broccoli daal ke 2-3 min stir-fry karo (crunchy rahe).

    Namak-kali mirch-chilli flakes-til daal ke serve.
