Rainbow Steamed Salad - gajar, broccoli, beans, shimla mirch, corn ko halka steam karke, nimbu-olive oil dressing ke saath. Colourful, veggie-packed aur low-oil. Light meal ya side.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 3 cup mixed veg (gajar, broccoli, beans, capsicum, corn)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 nimbu
  • 1/2 tsp kali mirch, namak
  • Thode roasted seeds (optional)
  • Herbs (oregano/dhaniya)

Banane ka tareeka

    Sabziyan barabar tukdon mein kaat lo.

    5-7 min steam karo (crunchy rahe, soft na ho).

    Nimbu-olive oil-namak-kali mirch-herbs dressing banao.
