Jau roti mein soya nutri (soya granules) aur sabzi ki filling. Soya se protein, barley se fibre — filling aur nutritious roll.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo
- 1 jau roti (bani hui)
- 1/2 cup soya nutri (bhigo ke nichoda)
- 1/2 cup pyaaz-shimla mirch
- 1/4 tsp garam masala, chaat masala
- Namak, hara dhaniya
- 1 tsp tel

Soya nutri ko ubaal/bhigo ke paani nichod lo.
