Jau roti mein soya nutri (soya granules) aur sabzi ki filling. Soya se protein, barley se fibre — filling aur nutritious roll.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 jau roti (bani hui)
  • 1/2 cup soya nutri (bhigo ke nichoda)
  • 1/2 cup pyaaz-shimla mirch
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala, chaat masala
  • Namak, hara dhaniya
  • 1 tsp tel

Banane ka tareeka

    Soya nutri ko ubaal/bhigo ke paani nichod lo.

    Tel mein pyaaz-shimla bhuno, soya aur masale daal ke pakao.
