Butter chicken - tandoori chicken ko makhani tomato-cream gravy mein milaaya. Rich, creamy aur protein-rich. Calories zyada hai (butter+cream) - ye occasional treat hai, roz ka nahi. Weight-gain ya cheat-meal ke liye.

  • 500g chicken (dahi-masale mein marinate, grilled)
  • 3 tamatar (puree), 1 pyaaz
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, 2 tbsp butter (makhan)
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh cream/malai
  • 1 tsp each: red chilli, garam masala, kasuri methi, namak
