Tandoori chicken - chicken ko gaadhe dahi aur masalon mein marinate karke grill/oven mein paka. High-protein, low-oil aur smoky flavour. Fry nahi, isliye light. Pyaaz-nimbu ke saath.

🧺 Samaan (2 ke liye)

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 500g chicken (legs/breast, cheere lagaa ke)
  • 1/2 cup gaadha dahi (hung curd)
  • 1 tbsp adrak-lehsun, 1 nimbu
  • 1 tsp each: red chilli, dhaniya, garam masala, namak
  • 1 tbsp tel, chaat masala (upar se)

Banane ka tareeka

    Chicken pe cheere lagaa ke dahi-masale-nimbu-tel mein 30 min+ marinate karo.

    Oven/grill/tawe pe medium aanch pe dono taraf pakao.

    Andar tak poora pakne tak pakao - pink na rahe, juices clear - chaat masala-pyaaz ke saath serve.
