Ginger Water - taaza adrak (ya saunth) ko paani mein ubaal/bhigo ke, thoda nimbu ke saath. Warm, soothing aur zero-sugar. Sardiyon ka simple warm drink.

Ingredient pe tap karke check karo

  • 1 inch adrak (kaddukas) ya 1/4 tsp saunth
  • 1 cup paani
  • Thoda nimbu
  • Thoda shahad (optional, kam)

Banane ka tareeka

    Adrak ko paani mein 5 min ubaalo (ya saunth bhigo do).

    Chhan lo.

    Nimbu (aur thoda shahad) daalo.

    Halka garam piyo.
