  • Masale jo madad karte hai — dalchini, methi dana, haldi — khaane mein shamil karna aasaan aur faydemand aadat hai.

❌ PCOS mein kya nahi (ya bahut kam) khaye

  • Cheeni aur meethe drinks — cold drinks, packaged juice, cheeni wali chai-coffee bar-bar. PCOS ka sabse bada dushman yahi hai.
  • Maida — bread, biscuit, naan, momos ka bahari hissa 😄, bakery items. Maida = tezi se sugar.
  • Packaged/ultra-processed — chips, namkeen, instant noodles, ready-to-eat. Inme maida + tel + namak ka triple attack hai.
  • Deep-fried roz-roz — kabhi-kabhi ka pakoda zindagi hai, roz ka nahi.
  • "Diet" ke naam par dhokha — diet namkeen, digestive biscuits, brown bread (jo asal mein maida hota hai) — label palat ke padhna seekho.

Khaane ka tareeka bhi matter karta hai

  1. Meal skip mat karo — lambi bhookh ke baad jo khaya jaata hai wo sugar-spike deta hai. 3 meals + 1-2 planned snacks.
  2. Khaane ka order — pehle sabzi/salad aur protein, phir roti/chawal — isi se sugar-spike kam hota hai. Chhota jugaad, bada asar.
  3. Neend aur walk — 7-8 ghante neend aur roz 30 min chalna PCOS management ka aadha kaam kar dete hai. Diet akeli nahi ladti.
