Seedha jawab: acidity mein raahat ke liye khao — thanda doodh/dahi-chhachh, kela, oats-dalia, narial paani, saunf; aur doori rakho — khaali pet chai, tala-bhuna, bahut teekha, tamatar-khatte ka overdose, aur khaate hi letna. Sabse bada ilaaj khaana nahi, aadatein hai: time pe khao, dheere khao, khaane ke 2-3 ghante baad leto.

  • Oats/dalia/khichdi — halka, fibre wala, pachne mein asaan

  • Saunf, elaichi — khaane ke baad, digestion ka purana saathi
  • Sabziyan — lauki, torai, kaddu jaisi halki sabziyan acidity walon ki best friends hai

❌ Kya nahi (ya bahut kam)

  • Khaali pet chai/coffee — subah ki pehli chai bina kuch khaaye = acidity ka subscription. Pehle 2 biscuit nahi, kuch theek sa khao, phir chai.
  • Tala-bhuna, zyada teekha, zyada masala — pet ki aag mein ghee
  • Bahut zyada tamatar, khatti cheezein, raw pyaaz — kuch logon ko trigger karta hai (apna pattern pehchano)
  • Cold drinks aur smoking/alcohol — dono valve ko dheela karte hai jisse acid upar aata hai
  • Bahut bada meal ek saath — chhote meals zyada baar > ek bada dhamaka

Aadatein jo dawai se zyada kaam karti hai

  1. Khaane ke baad turant letna band — kam se kam 2-3 ghante ka gap. Raat ka khana isi liye jaldi.
  2. Dheere khao, chaba ke khao — 5 minute mein nigla hua khana pet pe attack hai
  3. Time fix karo — pet ko routine pasand hai; ghante-ghante ki bhookh-pyaas wala random pattern acidity badhata hai
  4. Stress aur neend — dono ka pet se seedha connection hai; 7-8 ghante ki neend bhi ilaaj ka hissa hai
  5. Sone ka angle — raat ko dikkat ho to sirhana thodaooncha rakhna madad karta hai

⚠️ Kab doctor ke paas jaana zaroori hai: agar acidity bahut purani hai, nigalne mein dikkat ho, weight gir raha ho, ya antacid roz ki zaroorat ban gaye ho — to ye sirf khaane ka mamla nahi, jaanch karwaiye. Diet uske baad aur achha kaam karegi.
