🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1 cup basmati rice (dhula, bhigoya)
  • 1.5 cup mixed veg (gajar, matar, beans, capsicum)
  • 1 pyaaz, 1 tej patta, thode whole masale
  • 1 tsp jeera, namak, 1 tbsp tel/ghee
  • 2 cup paani

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Tel mein jeera-whole masale-pyaaz bhuno.

    Sabziyan daal ke 2 min bhuno.

  3. 3

    Rice + paani + namak daal ke ek ubaal lo.

  4. 4

    Dhak ke dheemi aanch pe rice gal-ne tak pakao, 5 min rest karke serve.
