🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 4 uble ande (chhile)
  • 2 pyaaz, 2 tamatar (pisa)
  • Adrak-lehsun, hari mirch
  • Haldi, dhaniya-jeera powder, laal mirch, garam masala
  • Namak, hara dhaniya, 1-2 tsp tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Tel mein pyaaz-adrak-lehsun bhuno, tamatar aur masale daal ke gravy galao.

    Thoda paani daal ke gravy banao.

    Uble ande halke chir ke daalo, 5-7 min pakaa ke dhaniya daal ke serve.
