  • 1 cup mixed veg (shimla, gajar, matar)
  • 1 pyaaz, tamatar, adrak-lehsun
  • 1/4 tsp haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala
  • Namak, hara dhaniya
  • 1 tsp tel

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Soya nutri ko ubaal ke paani achhe se nichod lo.

    Tel mein pyaaz-tamatar-masala bhuno, veg daal ke halka pakao.
