🧴 Ingredients (Saaman)
  • 1 cup soya granules (bhigoye, nichode)
  • 1 pyaaz, 2 tamatar, adrak-lehsun
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya, 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup matar (optional)
  • 1 hari mirch, namak, 1 tbsp tel
  • Hara dhaniya

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Soya granules garam paani mein 10 min bhigo ke nichod lo.

    Tel mein adrak-lehsun-pyaaz-tamatar-masale bhuno.

    Soya granules + matar + namak daal ke 8-10 min bhuno.

    Hara dhaniya daal ke serve.
