  • 1 cup mixed veg (shimla, gajar, gobi)
  • 2 lehsun, 1 tsp adrak
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp tel
  • Namak, kali mirch, chilli flakes

Steps (Banane ka tareeka)

    Shirataki noodles ko achhe se dho ke 1-2 min ubaal lo (smell nikalti).

    Tej aanch pe lehsun-adrak aur sabzi stir-fry karo.

    Noodles aur soy sauce daal ke 2 min toss karo.
